These can be used on any Pokemon, but will work worse than a normal Pokeball if not used on the proper Pokemon, and the Pokemon will be prone to disobedience and stubborness. When used on the correct Pokemon however, they will be much easier to catch as well as more loyal and loving towards its owner.

They can also be used to catch each Pokemon's evolution/related Pokemon

As a side note, I am very willing to accept alternate names for Pokeballs, if I feel that they would be better suited for them.

Well in the games, they're not. These weren't designed for the games though. This is just like how I would imagine Pokemon to be in real life. Aside from that though the Pokeballs also work on on its evolutions and directly related Pokemon, so in this case, Abra and Kadabra.

But if it's used on any of the other 646 Pokemon, they dislike you more and obey you less (Possibly permanently?)

Why? Sure, using a Dive Ball to catch a Geodude isn't any more effective than tossing a regular Poke Ball, but you don't get punished for throwing a Dive Ball at a Geodude, even if you manage to catch one with it.

Yes I understand that, but think of it like it's designed specifically for the specific Pokemon it was intended for. If another Pokemon were to live inside it, it would become restless, agitated, and annoyed because it knows it wasn't meant to be there. That's where the disobedience comes in, because it isn't a happy Pokemon.

It also works the other way though. When a Pokemon is caught by the ball that was specifically designed for it, it lives a very comfortable life, which results in it having more happiness.

For example, imagine someone completely redesigned your bedroom, but decorated it in everything that you dislike. You'd probably be a little upset and not want to go in there as much. Not quite the same situation but hopefully it makes more sense now.

Well, I guess it makes more sense now. A Poke Ball as special as the ones you're designing need a little pop-up window in the game asking me "Are you sure you want to use this Ball?"
